The touristic complex is located in the historic heart of the medieval town of Montalbano Elicona (Prized in 2015 as the Most Beautiful Town in Italy), on the square that hosts the main entrance of the majestic federiciano castle. Ultimated in 2017, it count’s about 3 different housing solutions: Luna, Yuba and Kaaba. Located in a contest of extraordinary beauty, with it’s main prospect that faces the majestic svevo-aragonese castle, Luna holiday home is a location that’s about 65 square meters able to welcome a maximum of four guests. It has two different main spaces: a living zone with a sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with a lunch counter and another bedroom with a shower. Between the two bedrooms there is a small bathroom with everything. From the bedroom you have access to a beautiful terrace with a spectacular view of the valley and mountains. The whole house is very illuminated during the day and it has an air conditioning system, tv and various accessories.

Yuba is the biggest home of the Aragon home holiday complex and it’s placed on a middle floor between the other houses, a few stairs beneath the square that hosts the federiciano castle.The total area is of 80 square meters and it can host up to 6 guests. It presents an entrance/living zone with a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed and a dining table.On the sides of the area there are two different bedrooms with attached toilets in different rooms. In the two bedrooms you can find a shower and a jacuzzi. One of the bedrooms has a small balcony.Yuba represents an optimal solution for families or more couples that want to stay in the same place and want their privacy at the same time. All of the environments have a good illumination during the day.The house has an air conditioning system, tv and various accessories

Kaaba holiday home stands on via Vittoria and it’s only 10 steps away from the main square where the castle/museum of Montalbano Elicona is based. It’s a very suggestive residence that arrived from and old stall and characterized from living stone for almost the entire surface. It present a single environment, virtually separated in two areas by a beautiful arch situated on top of a few stairs. In the first part you can find a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a small table with chairs. Beyond the arch, in the night zone, a double bed and a jacuzzi. From the night zone you have access to the bathroom, equipped with all sanitary facilities. The house has a wide window in the entrance and a small porthole in the night zone. The house has an air conditioning system, tv and various accessories
